conversations with kaitlyn...

I love picking Kaitlyn up from school. She is usually very talkative and tells me about her day.. who she played with... who sat in time out.. who didn't share toys.. who was the helper.. its pretty comical.  She usually comes home singing a new song too. Today she was singing.. "going on a bear hunt". 

Here are some pieces of our conversation:

Kaitlyn: i went to the potty, mommy.. i went all by myself

Me: good job Kaitlyn.. that is a big girl. 

Kaitlyn: tell me your proud of me

Me: i am proud of you Kaitlyn (while smiling and holding in a laugh)

Kaitlyn: now laugh mommy

later while passing the construction at our neighborhood entrance...

Me: Kaitlyn, look what are they building there?

Kaitlyn: what is it mommy?

Me: a grocery store

Kaitlyn: oooo, so i can buy stuff???!!!

this girl cracks me up. she is very expressive when she talks which is just as hilarious as what she is saying. i need to start writing more of it down before i forget.
